ISS Now Has Live Access to the Internet | Universe Today. It is pretty cool news that we can now hook up to the internet in space. Well at least the astronauts can use it. Let us hope they have some good firewalls in place.

Spectacular Soyuz Rollout Images | Universe Today. These are some great pictures and a nice little article on the Soyuz. The Soyuz has the best saftey record of any spacecraft and it is older than any other spacecraft flying today. I think that says a lot.

Storing the Breeze: New Battery Might Make Wind Power More Reliable | Scientific American. This is the kind of research and industry we need in these times. I do not care what you believe about climate change. If we continue to research and build new technologies like this, we will create jobs and money here in the USA. This is what we need. We need a Federal strategy that supports and encourages projects like these.
