System Access
Most faculty will require the following systems. Please consult with your supervisor for specifics. A System Access Request Form (SARF) would be required for the following:
- Banner Admin - Student
- CougarNet
- Degree Works
- ePrint
- Argos
If you are needing access to the variety of Registrar Reports produced at the end of a term, please email your request to registrarops@siue.edu
- Failed Prerequisite Reports
- EOT Grading Distributions
Data Reporting
Used for SIUE departments or external offices that need to gather student data. Please complete the Ad Hoc Data Request form.
You may visit the following for information on FERPA Right to Privacy or FERPA Training. Upon completion of an Ad Hoc Data Request, the Registrar Operations staff will send you the approved requested data via a secured link provided by SIUE File Drop.
Other system-generated data reports are produced and viewable based on user security on ePrint.
