Examination Scoring and Evaluation Processing Services
Examination Scoring Services
Testing Services provides examination scoring services for faculty. Please submit a completed Exam Scoring Request Form [pdf] along with students’ Scantron forms and instructor’s Scantron form (answer key). These items should be delivered to Room 1246 (back hallway of the Academic Advancement Center) in the Student Success Center. Please note that there is a 24-hour processing time for all exam scoring requests.
Please ensure that:
- the answer key includes only the items you wish to be scored
- all answer sheets are facing the same direction
- all student responses are in pencil
- all students have filled in the bubbles for their names and/or ID number
Evaluation Processing Services
Testing Services also provides evaluation processing services. When submitting Scantron form evaluations, please include a completed Evaluation Scanning Request Form [pdf] along with a comprehensive list of the instructor's last name, name and number of the course, section, and number of Scantron forms for each batch.
