The FY 2018 Vaughnie Lindsay New Investigator Award Program is now Accepting Applications

The Vaughnie Lindsay New Investigator Awards are made to SIUE tenure-track faculty members in order to recognize and support individual programs of research or creative activities. These Awards recognize faculty members whose research or creative activities have the promise of making significant contributions to their fields of study.
Awards are given to up to two junior tenure-track faculty members each year, each recipient will receive $10,000 from the Graduate School and $2,500 from their unit for a total of $12,500 for a one-year period.
As this is a shared award between the Graduate School and the colleges/schools, applicants are encouraged to discuss their applications with school deans.
