Marc Rigas & Elizabeth Seidle Marc Rigas is a faculty member in the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State University. He was previously a program officer at both the National Science Foundation and the National Institutes of Health and Associate Director of the Strategic Interdisciplinary Research Office at Penn State. Elizabeth Seidle is the training grant coordinator with the Strategic Interdisciplinary Research Office at Penn State. Marc and Liz have presented similar workshops to different audiences at universities and at international research conferences. |
