a. They constitute the Annual Review Committee as specified in Article 5 of this document.
b. They conduct triennial reviews of Associate Deans for the Dean.
c. They create and administer review questionnaires about the Dean and Associate Deans to be asked to the faculty and staff.
d. They summarize and report the data they collect as specified in Article V.
