Events with Paint or other Messy Materials

With approval from Event Services, reservations that include painting or other activities which could cause significant mess are only permitted in the Goshen Lounge, and Center Court.

Clients must provide table covers and deliver them to the Event Services Office no later than 3 business days before the event. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the event. Event Services can provide tarps to cover the floors at our discretion.

If clients need access to water or access to water disposal, they should contact the Building Superintendent. Bathrooms and water fountains shall not be used.

The cleaning fees start at $75 for any mess left behind by the participants of the event, even after the event is over. They increase based on how extensive the mess is and how difficult it is to clean.
