Will I be able to receive my Form 1095C through CougarNet, like my Form W-2?

Yes, the 1095C is available through CougarNet once electronic consent has been provided. Log into CougarNet, select Employment, select Tax Forms and you will see the 1095C form. You will first need to provide electronic consent under the W-2 and Electronic W-2 consent bullet.
