How do I cancel direct deposit for one or more accounts?

If you need to change your banking information, you must complete a new Direct Deposit Authorization form and check mark the 'Terminate Direct Deposit" box on the form. If you are currently having funds direct deposited to multiple banks, you will need to meet with Payroll staff to make this change, so that they can review the following payroll distribution changes with you.
