What information is considered “sensitive?”

Under the regulations, a project where the participants are identifiable and the project is collecting sensitive information cannot be exempt under Exemption Category 2.
Sensitive information is any information where disclosure of the subject’s responses outside the research would reasonably place the subjects at risk of criminal or civil liability or be damaging to the subject’s financial standing, employability, educational advancement or reputation.
