Summer Graduation
Summer graduates will participate in the fall commencement ceremony immediately following their degree completion.
- Degree completion in August qualifies students to participate in the December commencement ceremony.
Summer graduates who are within nine hours of degree completion at the end of the spring semester, preceding their graduation, may apply to participate in the spring ceremony.
- Degree completion in August, with only nine hours left as of May, qualifies student to participate in the May commencement ceremony.
Students must submit an application for graduation.
Application deadlines:
- The deadline for summer graduates to apply for fall commencement is July 1.
- The deadline for summer graduates to apply for spring commencement is March 1.
