Vice Chancellor for Administration

Greetings SIUE community: 

 Last week our Director of Human Resources, Mr. Robert Thumith submitted his resignation to me with an effective last employment date of January 31, 2022. We thank Bob for his three years of dedicated service to SIUE and wish him well in his future endeavors. 

A search committee has been assembled that will be chaired by Ms. Janet Haroian, Director of Planning and Budget, Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Administration. A national search will begin as soon as possible to fill the Director of Human Resources position. 

Human resource operations will continue as normal. However, an interim director may be selected until the position is filled.
