Leadership in Organizations - Online Program at SIUE
In today’s fast-paced world, companies and organizations seek innovative, strategic and proactive leaders who possess the knowledge and organizational perspective to influence the future of the company by creatively managing and efficiently allocating human and capital resources.
The integrative studies online degree completion program with focus areas of sociology and psychology revolves around organizational leadership and administration themes. The program features courses on leadership theories and practices, as well as organizational dynamics, in order to instill critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
