Allison Tilk
As I earn a Master's Degree at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, I have learned more than I had ever expected. I have been teaching for 8 years in different areas of the education field. I have taught 4th Grade in North Carolina for two years, then moved to Sister Thea Bowman Catholic School and taught 4th-5th Grade for three years. Finally, I have reached Smithton Elementary and have been a Technology Teacher for three years. Through my travels I have always found the use of technology extremely important. The world will always change so the acceptance of the technology and the rich source of knowledge can and will change the education field. These feelings explain why I have decided to earn my Master's Degree in Educational Technologies.
