Qualtrics - Create an Account

Login

• Open browser
• Navigate to https://siue.qualtrics.com
  • A branded site that requires permission to access
• SIUE Central Authentication Server login will open
  • Enter e-ID
  • Enter e-ID password
  • Click Login
• Qualtrics opens

Do NOT go to www.qualtrics.com to log in. Qualtrics is not located at SIUE web site. SIUE is a Brand within Qualtrics.

Create Account

• If you do not have a Qualtrics account, choose “I don’t have a Qualtrics account”
• Complete the Account Information
  • Username – e-ID
  • Email – SIUE email address
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • If a student, must complete:
    • Check the box “I am a student”
    • Enter anticipated graduation date
  • Click Update

If you have questions about creating your account, please contact ITS Help Desk, ext. 5500 or email help@siue.edu.

• If a account already exist and you wish to merge that account with the SIUE branded account, please call ITS Help Desk, ext. 5500 or email help@siue.edu and request a ticket to elevate your account in Qualtrics.
