After High School Expectations

Once your teen graduates from high school, many of the “understandings” that you had in place are no longer appropriate.

At this point, the focus narrows… it’s less about what your teen should not do and more about what your teen should/should not do to continue your financial support.

And while the expectations are related to after
your teen graduates from high school, the
discussion should start happening in the early
teens.

There really aren’t a lot of discussion points,
it’s really about their next step after graduating
from high school. For example:

• What to do if they ever feel overwhelmed
