Dietary Accommodations
SIUE Dining Services provides students, faculty, staff and the surrounding community with quality food and services at a reasonable value. Dining Services aims to offer a variety of nutritional menu items in a comfortable and convenient environment. For locations, meal plans, and nutrition information, please visit the SIUE Dining Services website. If you have a severe food allergy, celiac, or other physiological condition requiring dietary restrictions or accommodations to the dining plan, please complete the online Accommodation Request Form for ACCESS services. Once you are registered with the ACCESS, we will review any relevant documentation and you will be referred Dining Services to discuss available and reasonable accommodations.
