Immunization records are being accepted for SPRING 2012 students (due 1st day of term enrolled). If you are non-compliant, a HOLD will be placed on your ability to register for next semester class by the 10th day of class - check your Cougar Net. See "Immunizations" for costs and further information. A fine of $25.00 will be levied by the 4th week if a student remains non-compliant.

Proof of insurance is required for International Students
