Immunization records are being accepted for FALL 2009 students (due 1st day of term enrolled). If you are non-compliant, a HOLD will be placed on your ability to register for next semester class - check your Cougar Net. See "Immunizations" for costs and further information. A fine of $25.00 will be levied by the 4th week if a student remains non-compliant.

Proof of insurance is required for International Students
If you have not turned in proof of health insurance for the FALL 2009 semester, please do so. See "International Students" for further information.
