I came to SIUE in the Fall of 2010 after attending community college for 1 year. For my first 2 years of college my major was Psychology. I changed my mind to become a Public Relations Major after taking Spc 213, Intro to PR. The class was extremely interesting and it is a field I am excited to be in and the classes are knowledgeable as well as entertaining. I plan on graduating in May 2014 and hopefully will attend grad school to recieve my Masters.

In highschool I was set on being a Psychology major, it was my favorite course. I also was part of the swim team for 2 years and enjoyed being in a sport. I worked a lot in high school, in retail as well as at a gym and I babysat occassionally. I was really busy in high school but these were the years I gained work ethic and responsibilities. Today I can appreciate the work I put into in high school to have lead me where I am today.
