Family and Friends

I am from Tinley Park, Ill. which is a South Suburb of Chicago. I have an older sister and younger brother and live with my mother and father when I am not away at school. My sister is 24 years old and lives in Grand Rapids, Mich. and my brother is 14 years old and is currently a freshman in high school. My mother works at Christ Hospital in Outpatient Registration and my father owns his own business with his brother in the city of Chicago.

I also have a dog named Zach and a cat named Asia. Zach is 7 years old and Asia is 13 years old. I love being able to come home and be with my animals and family.

I love going home and spending time with my family since I live so far away at school. My extended family is big and I love having family gatherings because we are all so close and have a great time when we are together.

 

Friends

For the past 3 years I have been in Alpha Phi Sorority at SIUE. This is where I have met some of my best friends in college and I am so happy to be a part of an amazing sorority. Ever since I have lived off campus I have lived with Alpha Phi's and it has been an amazing experience. My two closest friends Emily Vokes and Kaitlynn Walker are my current roommates. Emily is from Belleville Ill. which is close to school and Kaitlynn is from Rockford, Ill. which is up North and far away from school, like me. We all are really close friends and if it was not for Alpha Phi, I wouldn't have met them. I love being part of a sorority because I have so many amazing friends that I would never be able to replace.
