A few of my hobbies and interests include exercising, traveling and writing.

While going to school at SIUE I joined Alpha Phi Sorority, which has been an amazing experience and I am so glad I am part of it. I will explain more about Alpha Phi since it is an important part of my life.

Alpha Phi Sorority

 

Alpha Phi Sorority was established in 1872. I joined Alpha Phi in the Fall of 2010 and it was one of the best decisions I made during college. I have met my best friends through being in the sorority and I have became more involved on campus. While being in Alpha Phi I have held two positions. My first position was member education, where I informed the chapter about the facts of Alpha Phi; how we were started, who the founders were and many other facts. The position that I hold now is The public relations executive chair for panhellenic council, which is for all of the sororities on campus. This position has really helped me with being a public relations major and I have put what I have learned in my classes to this position. Being in Alpha Phi has given me many opportunities to boost my confidence as well as my leadership skills.
