Work EXPERIENCE


Student Trainee (IT Specialist), DISA-DITCO, Scott AFB, IL      Aug 2012 - PREsenT



·         Maintain security clearance

·         Provide technical assistance in person, phone, or email.

·         Create trouble tickets using Remedy, for problems with systems, unauthorized access, missing files, and virus infections.

·         Proficient with ITSM Remedy incident and change management ticketing system

·         Run message traffic, involving remote access to the Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC)

·         Researched questions using information resources.

·         Redirected problems to appropriate resources.

·         Assisted users with GOTS and COTS software, such as PD2, EDMS, and CSS

·         Set up computers for new users and lifecycle replacement which included backing up data, wiping, and imaging computers.

·         Replaced ink and toners of printers, and installed maintenance kits.

·         Assisted with audio/visual equipment for conference meetings

·         Worked on projects individually and as a member of the team
