Tentative Schedule Overview
Sunday, Sept 7 – Race Day
- 11:00 AM: Buses depart from SIUE
- 12:00–2:30 PM: Arrive at WWT Raceway, explore, and optional tours
- 2:30 PM: Race begins (be seated by this time)
- ~4:30 PM: Race ends
- 5:00–6:30 PM: Post-race concert
- 6:00–7:30 PM: Return buses depart.

Please note:
Students under 18 years of Age: Individuals under the age of 18 on September 7, 2025, must download a copy of the waiver, review it, and complete it, along with a Parent/Legal Guardian and a witness.
Students over 18 years of Age: Individuals 18 or older will complete waivers the morning of the race.
No individual will be permitted to attend without a completed waiver on file.
Transportation Details
- There will be free transportation from SIUE to the raceway – departures begin at 11:00 am
- Return trips begin after the concert ends, with the earliest return schedule for 6:00 pm
Race Day Tips
- Clear bags are encouraged to expedite entry
- No aerosol containers (including sunscreen)
- No outside beverages (leave water bottles at home)
- Food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site
