The Campus Mail Center (CMC) accommodates the needs of the University units for the distribution of interoffice communication, department circulars and bulletins. The CMC also delivers U.S. and campus mail to and from the East St. Louis Higher Education Campus and School of Dental Medicine (Alton). Following are the dispatch times for the campuses.

• Campus Mail Delivery (Edwardsville) - Campus mail carriers begin mail delivery at 10:30 a.m. ~ Monday through Friday.
• East St. Louis Higher Education Campus - Mail is dispatched at 1:00 pm ~ Monday through Friday.
• School of Dental Medicine (Alton) - Mail is dispatched at 8:00 am ~ Monday through Friday.
