What can be posted?
University-related news, events and announcements may be posted on campus screens.
- It is discouraged to advertise events including bar options or alcohol related giveaways.
- If those specifics are important to your event, please word carefully.
Submission does not guarantee inclusion.
How can items be submitted for posting?
- Design your slide in a 4:3 aspect ratio in PowerPoint, or as a 1240 x 930 image.
- Keep content brief, 7 lines of text with 40 characters per line or less per slide is recommended.
- Avoid small type
- Eliminate unnecessary words
- Avoid text over image
- Use high contrasting text/backgrounds (light text on a dark background is preferred)
With submission of slides, include locations to play the slide and the desired date range for play.

What is the deadline for posting items?
Slides should be submitted at least five full business days prior to the requested start time.
Student Organization Submissions
Student organizations need to submit their slides to the Kimmel Student Involvement Center through “Get Involved at SIUE.”
