Cody Kelso
Water Quality Control Specialist
Cody Kelso joined the ERTC as the Water Quality Control Specialist in the Fall of 2026. Before his time at the ERTC, Cody spent several years in the field of water treatment. As a graduate of the ERTC program, he went on to work at Greenville water treatment Facility. He served as a Class C water operator alongside, and under the guidance of many experienced and field-educated team members at a surface water facility that produces an average of nearly 3MGD, all the while gaining real-world experience and intimate knowledge of Treatment processes. These are just some of the attributes Cody has brought to the ERTC. As Water quality Control Specialist, his main responsibility is to transfer that knowledge and experience to his students and prepare them to maintain both drinking water and wastewater treatment plants as well as remain in
