Charles FulfordCharles Fulford

Water Quality Control Specialist

Charles Fulford serves as the Water Quality Control Specialist at the ERTC. An ERTC alumnus, he holds multi-state licenses in wastewater, collection systems, and drinking water. A student-centered instructor and dedicated mentor, he brings real-world expertise to the classroom and is known for his hands-on, results-driven approach.
