The office of Accessible Campus Community & Equitable Student Support (ACCESS) is available to support and provide resources to the entire campus community, including Faculty, Staff, and Students.
Accommodations
One of the most prominent services and support levels ACCESS provides for students is accommodations. Academic accommodations such as testing, note-taking, and classroom access. ACCESS also facilitates housing accommodations and other co-curricular accommodations in campus programming. Additionally, the ACCESS office facilitates workplace accommodations for faculty and staff with disabilities who may request them through the online Accommodation Request Form.
Current and Prospective Students
In addition to providing accommodations for students, we can assist individuals with submitting documentation, navigating the interactive process to determine reasonable accommodations, and connecting with office and campus resources, such as success coaching.

ACCESS can not only support instructors who implement accommodations, but also offer advice on creating inclusive, utilizing universal design for learning (UDL) principles such as accessible learning materials, providing flexible formats and clear policies, and act as a resource for navigating, without disclosing the nature of a student's disability and reducing barriers for all learners.
Support for university staff includes technical assistance to foster a welcoming, compliant, and accessible campus. This may include, but is not limited to: resources such as the event accessibility checklist, and collaborative discussions about how to provide barrier-free and inclusive experiences for all campus community members.
