Biography
Mr. Rigdon is an engineer and statistician with over 10 years’ experience applying statistical methods in a variety of settings. Chris had designed and analyzed experiments for product development in the automotive, defense, technology, food, healthcare, and agriculture sectors. He has published four peer-reviewed journal articles, one encyclopedia article, and five textbook solutions manuals, as well as given presentations at six national conferences. Chris serves on the Industrial Engineering IPAC as well as a Board Member for the SIUE Center for Predictive Analytics. Other service activities include Associate Editor for the Journal of Quantitative Analysis in Sports and Secretary-Treasurer of the American Statistical Association’s Section on Statistics in Sports.
In addition, he has developed and taught courses in Statistics, Research Design & Methodology, Quantitative Management Applications, Engineering Statistics, and Intermediate Algebra.
