Microsoft Co-Pilot Overview - Virtual Session
Time: 8:30am - 10:30am (CT)
Instructor: Office Productivity
Fee: $ 125
Course Description (2-hour virtual program)
Microsoft Copilot continues to expand across Microsoft 365, but the experience can vary based on licensing, organizational settings, and available features. This hands-on course helps participants understand the Copilot experience available to them and how it fits into the Microsoft 365 applications they already use.
Participants learn where to access Copilot, what information it can and cannot use, and how available licensing affects the experience. Using realistic workplace examples, they practice prompting, working with available files and information, reviewing results, and identifying practical ways Copilot can support their everyday work.
The course also introduces additional capabilities that may be available with expanded licensing and helps participants understand when to use Copilot Chat versus Copilot features inside Microsoft 365 applications. Throughout the course, participants learn to verify results, protect workplace information, and keep human judgment at the center of the work.
Recommended prerequisite: None. No previous Copilot or AI experience is required.
