My name is Shelby McKinney. I am from St. Louis, Missouri. I currently attending Southern Illinois University seeking a BA in Mass Communication with a Minor in Theater. One thing you should know is that I love Art and Music of all kinds and genres. And it brings joy to me to show new things to people. But I am also a rather introverted person who likes to keep to herself for a good chunk of time. One thing I do to relax is to sit in my room and listen to some good music that I like. Most days I go for a walk at a nearby park and get some fresh air, I think we all need to stay healthy and exercise. I love cinema and the way things work out when making one. Some of my favorite films are Beauty and the Beast, Eve’s Bayou, Love & Basketball and The Muppet Movie (1979). I think this particular class will help me develop more skills that could help me in the future.
