I am currently working for the National Archives as a student employee archives aid. We are located in Valmeyer, IL in a pretty unsuspected place. Our facility is located inside a cave. It is a very different work environment. My job involves taking care of all outgoing and incoming mail for our center. I also take customer service phone calls and process incoming civilian records.
HeadQuarters Salon
All throughout high school I worked at HeadQuarters as their receptionist. When I was working here my entire job was based on customer service and satisfaction. I was also in charge of scheduling appointments, cleaning, and stocking retail products.
Waterloo Medical Center Dr. John Nobbe, Chiropractor
One summer I worked for Dr. Nobbe at Waterloo Medical Center as their receptionist to fill in for an employee that was out on maturnity leave. While I was working there I greeted customers, scheduled their appointments, and called their insurance companies to find out insurance coverage. I also created files for new customers and kept them up to date.
