Rohr Industries, Inc., Riverside, California
Responsible for conducting systems and productivity studies crucial to project engineering, facilities
and maintenance administration. Analyzed and systematized in-house functions for automated
control. Developed customized computer application programs for improved utilization of
personnel, equipment, materials, and facilities in the area of plant maintenance through such
functions as work order planning and scheduling, preventive and corrective maintenance program,
inventory control of equipment and spare parts, and purchase requisitions tracking.
: Implemented an installation of a computerized work order tracking and
corporate budgeting systems.

Duties included originating facility resource planning to accomplish major office modernization,
creating office layout plans, evaluating and determining need for facilities and equipment
requirements and originating actions to satisfy long and immediate area requirements.

Bechtel Power Corporation, Norwalk, California
Duties included maintaining, updating and reviewing project documents and vendor prints for
compliance with codes, corporate standards and specifications, utilizing application of ASME codes
and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulations to construction of nuclear power plants.
Monitored schedules to assure that program delivery requirements were met.

- General purpose simulation languages used include SLAM/AWESIM, and SIMAN/CINEMA.
- Database management systems used include dBASE, Paradox, Access, and INGRES.
- Operating systems used include IBM mainframe (JCL/MVS), UNIX, MS-DOS, Windows 95, and Windows NT.
- Computers used include Personal Computers, SUN workstations and IBM mainframe.
- Manufacturing systems modeling tools used include MPX, Design/IDEF - Activity-Based Costing, Work Flow Analyzer.
