General Introduction:
The purpose of this web site is to give me the opportunity to greet you individually and introduce myself to you personally. Since 1995, when I came to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) School of Nursing, I have taught undergraduate, RN-BS program and graduate courses. My specialty area is medical-surgical nursing; however, over a rich and diverse career, I have had the privilege to teach a wide variety of nursing courses as well as a few interdisciplinary (IS) courses. I am committed to excellence in teaching and learning, setting high standards of achievement for myself and my students, and upholding the values of the University, School of Nursing and the nursing profession.
