Insurance for Spring/Summer 2023 Domestic Students
Currently, SIUE does not mandate domestic students to provide proof of insurance for Spring/Summer 2023. However, beginning in Fall 2023, SIUE will require full-time students with at least one on-ground class to have health insurance. Learn more.
Despite your age and health, you never know when a serious injury or illness will strike. Insurance gives you the peace of mind that most of your medical bills will be covered in case something happens. SIUE has contracted with Academic Health Plans to offer an optional plan that is compliant with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Plan details, cost and enrollment information can be found at My AHP Care.
