Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Teams, and Excel; Experience constructing, administering, and analyzing survey data; Strong written and oral communication skills; Strong organizational skills across multiple platforms (scheduling, calendaring, website administration, etc) to ensure consistency

Position Description

This research assistant will support the Center for Faculty Development and Innovation (CFDI) by collecting, analyzing, and reconciling data on faculty engagement with the center. Core responsibilities include:

Tracking and reconciling attendance and participation data across CFDI trainings, activities, and events.

Monitoring and logging usage of the CFDI physical space Compiling data on faculty correspondence with the center — emails and messages requesting space, assistance, or soliciting trainings — to help capture the full range of faculty interactions with CFDI

Administering and analyzing survey data on faculty needs and interests Identifying curriculum and programming gaps based on usage and survey findings .

Preparing regular reports and data summaries to inform CFDI programming and decision-making The assistant will work closely with CFDI leadership to ensure data is accurate, complete, and actionable for both internal planning and accreditation-related reporting.
