Continuous Improvement Conference
The Continuous Improvement Conference is a dynamic and engaging half-day professional development event supported by the Provost and designed exclusively for SIUE faculty and staff. It is typically held on a Friday early in the spring semester. The CIC conference is dedicated to fostering a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation in higher education.
Highlights of the Continuous Improvement Conference have included:

- Best Practices Sharing: SIUE's very own faculty and staff members will showcase success stories and best practices in implementing continuous improvement strategies.
