To upload proof of liability insurance related to a space reservation at the SIUE East Saint Louis Center, please follow these steps:

1. Enter your event title below and press "search" (your event title is provided in your confirmation email)
2. Select the "upload" button to the right of the correct event title
3. Enter a document name (i.e. "Proof of Liability Insurance")
4. Press the "choose file" button" and select the file from your device
5. Press the "submit" button
