Congratulations to graduate and Ph.D. student Saeed Onsorynezhad!

The Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Graduate School has selected Saeed Onsorynezhad as the University's 2019 Outstanding Teaching Assistant (TA). The award recognizes graduate students for outstanding performance in teaching and instruction.

Recently, Saeed Onsorynezhad's name was placed in nomination for the Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award by Chair Keqin Gu, Nima Lotfi, Kamran Shavezipour, Serdar Celik, Fengxia Wang, and Mingshao Zhang. The Graduate Student Award Committee at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville selected him as the recipient of the university's 2019 Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award at the doctoral level.
The award will be presented at the Graduate School Awards Reception on Tuesday, October 29th, 2019. The reception will begin at 4:00 pm and will be held in the Meridian Ballroom in the Morris University Center The ME department faculty involved in the nomination will be invited to the reception, along with other faculty, staff, and graduate students from throughout the university.
