Job Description/Responsibilities
Full-time, tenure or clinical track position in the graduate endodontics Program, Department of Prosthodontics & Endodontics. Responsibilities include primary didactic and clinical teaching in the graduate endodontics program, as well as predoctoral didactic and clinical teaching and service to the University. For tenure track appointments independent research and scholarly activity is also expected. Working in collaboration with other faculty, both in research and teaching, is strongly encouraged. Extramural faculty practice is available.
Minimum Qualifications
A D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree or foreign equivalent and specialty training in Endodontics, A.B.E. board certification or board eligibility are required. Experience in teaching, and interest and/or experience in research are desired. Candidates holding an M.S. degree are preferred. Applicants must be licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Illinois or be able to meet the requirements for permanent licensure in Illinois.
