What is eBilling?

Currently enrolled students do not receive paper bills and are automatically setup for eBilling once registered for their first semester.  E-Billing is the system that allows students, parents, and other authorized payers / third parties to view, and pay, student SIUE bills online. Each billing cycle, students, and their authorized payer / third-party, will receive an email announcing bills are available to view. Visit Pay My Bill to access your student account (select Student Login) and set up third party account access (select Authorized Payers). Students can view their billing statements via QuikPay.
