Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s Jeffrey Manuel, PhD, professor in the College of Arts and Sciences’ (CAS) Department of History, has been awarded a prestigious position as a Fulbright Canada Research Chair in Energy Transitions and Deindustrialization.
