Graduation Requirements
Students enrolled in the concurrent program will need to maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher in the graduate courses.
The capstone/ImPaCT project must be health informatics focused and will be used to fulfill the exit requirement for both the PharmD and MSHI programs. The project must be approved by three graduate faculty members, of which one is the MSHI Program Director.
A student who is unable to complete any of the following: NURS 509, NURS 511, or NURS 512, would be required to complete courses to fulfill the elective requirements for the PharmD degree. It is possible that a delay in obtaining the PharmD degree could occur if the student discontinues the concurrent program.
