Southern
Illinois University Edwardsville has many opportunities for
students to get involved in organizations and its location gives students many
options that give students a break from academics. This website has been
authored by students for students to help increase SIUE student awareness of
opportunities in Greek Life, local
events, and places to visit.
The hope of this website is to be informative in a way that can not be done by
the SIUE official website. Although it will be impossible to include every
possible organization, event, or place to go, the principle is to remind
students that there are options on any night of the week and there are
organizations for students. If this website is deemed helpful eventually it
could include more articles written for students by students. Another important
part of this website’s utility is the ability to help new students know their
options. This website will help new students get the feel for the Edwardsville
area and SIUE options.
