To establish new service, or to change existing service, you must submit a service request, with the signature of the fiscal officer of the requesting account, to Telecommunications. The request may be sent to Box 1068, or sent via fax to x3333. If you choose to fax the request, please call x3373 to confirm receipt of your fax. The following information must be included on the service request:
We will call you if we have any questions. Most service requests are worked within seven to ten working days of receiving the request. If you need the work performed on a particular day, please note that on the request, and we will do our best to coordinate the work according to your needs. During peak periods, like the beginning of fall semester, it may take longer to complete a request.
If you need confirmation of the scheduled service date, call us at x3373, and we will let you know when your request is scheduled.
