    Development and training duties would include but are not limited to the following:


  • Research and/or author staff training programs
  • Implement staff training programs
  • Motivate staff
  • Research and/or author evaluation tools for staff use in administrative and instructional use
  • Plan and promote workshops at local, district, and state level
  • Record participation and progress toward technology goals
  • Participate in local, state, and national technology conferences
  • Conduct and facilitate research
  • Support staff in learned skills
