Development and training duties would include but are
not limited to the following:
- Research and/or author staff training programs
- Implement staff training programs
- Motivate staff
- Research and/or author evaluation tools for staff use in administrative and instructional use
- Plan and promote workshops at local, district, and state level
- Record participation and progress toward technology goals
- Participate in local, state, and national technology conferences
- Conduct and facilitate research
- Support staff in learned skills
