With the jumpstart your excercise becomes more indepth.
• Assess personal muscular weaknesses
• Excercises intergrates cardio and strength excercises using body weight as well as free weights
• Learn how to keep a food journal
The excercises that are used during the jumpstart session, giving you an optimal workout.
Once your jumpstart sessions have been used you are ready to purchase a personal training package.
This is where you wll start to see results becuase your exercise sessions will become personal to your individual needs.
