Hello! Welcome to my pad


I am a Food Service Administrator II at SIUE Dining Services. I take care of Chick-Fil-A, Deli Express, Cougar Den and Cafe Java! I've been here 7 years.

Currently I am enrolled in school at SIUE and pursuing a degree in Sociology In Employment Relations with a Minor in Anthropology.

I have a 15 year old son Daniel who keeps me on my toes. We have 3 cats and 1 crazy weiner dog named Buster.

In my spare time I like to cook see Tyson for some great food ideas
