Who We Are

igloo is an eclectic musical cocktail of indie-pop synth written as a love letter to Drake in the musical stylings of Kate Nash and Lights. We're influenced by Phoenix, Lights, Daft Punk, Twenty One Pilots, Kate Nash, Washed Out, and of course our mascot, Tim.

This is Val

Val provides igloo with lead vocals, killer keys/synth, and her wonderfully eclectic creative energy. She brings a crazy vocal talent and insane creativity to the band, allows us all to challenge ourselves and play some seriously cool stuff, and entertains us endlessly in both practices and shows.

This is Lindsey

Our lovely guitarist (who also provides some wondrous vocals) brings igloo a grandly fantastic sound with her vast talent and creativity--plus, she makes our sound go from good to great with her killer mixing and effects skills.

This is Blake

Because every group of crazy kids needs an equalizer--our lovely drummer is the one who can bring all our eclectic-ness into a rhythmic blend of fantasticness. Whether it is coming up with transitions when we decide to change beats in the middle of a song or making us all be quiet long enough to perfect a song we're working on, this dude keeps us all in line.

This is Dani

Dani plays bass...and she's writing this. And I can't be as nice about myself as I am about this crazy wonderful band. With that said...Dani plays a cute little Uke bass that makes everybody laugh, compliments everybody on their wonderful skills, and provides the small smart-aleck quips that cause occasional giggles.
